Best little spot in OB, full stop. You hear the surf from bed, the cruiser bikes get you to Newport Ave in five minutes, and the patio at sunset is the whole reason we keep coming back. Dana texts back in minutes — third stay and already planning the fourth.

Worked remotely from here for ten days and never wanted to leave. Fast Wi-Fi, real coffee, a quiet patio for calls, and a five o'clock walk to the pier to watch the sun drop into the Pacific. The cruisers made the whole neighborhood feel like ours.
