The fine print

House rules

Short, friendly, and mostly common sense. Treat the cottage like a friend's place and we'll get along great.

These house rules are part of your rental agreement and are acknowledged when you book.

The basics

  • Check-in is 4:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM. Need a little flexibility? Just ask.
  • Up to 5 guests, please — the number on your reservation is the number we expect.
  • This is a quiet residential street. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • No parties, events, or commercial use. The cottage isn't set up for big gatherings.

Pets

We love dogs. One well-behaved pup is welcome with a quick heads-up when you book. Please don't leave them home alone in the cottage, and keep them off the furniture and beds.

Smoking & safety

  • The cottage is strictly non-smoking (including vapes), indoors and on the patio.
  • Please don't disable any smoke or CO detectors.
  • The gas fire pit and grill are great — just never leave them unattended.

Leaving the cottage

No need to deep-clean — that's on us. We just ask that you start the dishwasher, bag the trash, return the beach gear, and lock up. Easy.
